2025-2026 Events Spectator Information

William Penn Athletics’ Event Entry Policy

  • Electronic tickets: An electronic ticket is required for entry. (through Hometown Ticketing)  As a reminder, ticket sales are available on William Penn’s sports website: colonialssports.com.  All tickets will be general admission tickets with a price of $5.  Ticket Sales will end at 12:00 pm the day of the game.  Tickets will not be able to be purchased at the time of the game or at the gate.

  • A Weapon Detection System is used at the school entrance for basketball games and at other athletic events as deemed necessary by the Colonial School District.  

    • Spectators will be required to pass through the system before entering the building. 

    • Spectators do NOT need to remove personal belongings such as keys, cell phones, jewelry, belts, wallets, etc. 

  • Clear bags or no bags: No bookbags/backpacks/large bags are permitted in the gym.  Small clutches, no larger than 5” x 8” with or without a strap, and/or a bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted

  • Bag searches: All bags are subject to search.

  • Other prohibited items: Outside food or drinks, alcohol, tobacco, vape products, and illegal substances are not permitted.

  • No re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted at any time.

  • No entry after halftime: Entry is not permitted after halftime.

  • Admission denial: Colonial School District reserves the right to deny admission.

William Penn Athletics’ Event Spectator Expectations

  • Spectators may not wear full-face ski masks or gators indoors.

  • Spectators are asked to remain seated in the bleachers during the game. Loitering inside and outside the event venue, including the parking lot, is prohibited.

  • Spectators are refrained from yelling at the officials or opposing team’s players.  Please cheer in a positive manner for your team and enjoy the game.

  • Colonial School District reserves the right to remove any spectator who does not comply with expectations without refund.
